To request a spay/neuter surgical appointment for your pet(s) please complete the form below. You must submit one form for each pet individually. A request does not guarantee eligibility, or an appointment. We will review your request and contact you to schedule an appointment based on availability.

On average at a typical veterinary clinic, spay/neuter surgery can cost anywhere from $100 to up to $700 per pet!
With NAGI Foundation, your pet’s spay or neuter surgery, the required take home pain medications and e-collar, as well as vaccines and microchip are all FREE.
Spay/Neuter surgery services are FREE through this program. However, a non-refundable* booking fee is due at the time of scheduling to hold your appointment. Fees are:
$25 per pet, or
$25 for a litter of puppies or kittens under 1 year old (from the same litter)

- All SRPMIC members, as well as residents of the Community, are eligible. (We are no longer able to accept SRPMIC employees for this program but we may be able to offer other resources. Please contact us for information.)

- Dogs & Cats must be at least eight weeks old AND at least 3 lbs on the day of surgery to be eligible.

- Limited surgery spaces are available by appointment only. Pets are dropped off early in the morning, usually between 7:00 – 8:00 AM and picked up later in the day.

- Spay/Neuter Clinics are typically held once per month at the Salt River Ballfields, located at 1837 N Longmore Rd. For the most up to date event info, visit our Events Calendar.
*At our discretion, booking fees can be carried over to the next clinic (one time) if you need to cancel for an emergency situation, such as if your pet isn’t well enough for surgery. Notice must be given at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled drop off to be considered for a carryover.
