NAGI Foundation is growing! 

We are expanding our existing programs to reach more Indigenous community members and their pets and we are looking to grow our team.

We are preparing to launch an exciting campaign to bring the first-of-its-kind veterinary clinic exclusively serving Tribal members and their four-legged family members.

Our growth represents more than adding programs though. It’s about deepening relationships, responding to community needs, access to care, and creating more opportunities for people and pets on Tribal lands to thrive.

We are looking for: A strategic, hands-on leader in the role of Director of Operations who can strengthen our systems, support our team, and help grow and deliver our existing programs with the consistency and care our communities deserve.

This opportunity will help build the operational foundation that will allow NAGI Foundation to expand its impact while staying grounded in the relationships and cultural values that make this work meaningful.
